Please be advised that for any of your financial requests less then $3,000.00, you may simply send us a cheque (Money order or Cashier cheque) through courier company of your choice (preferably FedEx, or Priority Mail) by following these 3 easy steps:

Step 1

Write a cheque to the order of I.C. Pacific Trading Inc.

Step 2

Attach a letter containing the following information:

Sender's full name, address, and telephone number including the area code;
A photocopy of an official identification of the sender (e.g. Drivers' license, SIN, Medicare card, Passport, etc.);
The receiver's full name, and telephone number including the area code;
The receiver's bank name, account number and bank code;
Location of the receiver (city and country);

Step 3

Once step 1 and 2 are completed please send your package to:

* All our new customers who would like to transfer any amount more than $3000.00 CAD or USD, only for their transaction are required either to present themselves with 2 valid IDs. or send us a copy of their 2 valid IDs. and signature certified by notary (only available for customers residing in Canada).

Note: Customers residing out of Canada should present themselves to our office with two piece of ID for the first time to create an account before conducting any transactions.

Note: For transactions above $3,000 CAD/USD please send us a wire transfer to our bank. Please contact our head office to obtain our account information

*Note: Please note that your money will be transferred and calculated base on the rate of the date we actually receive your money (Cashier check, money order, bank draft, personal check, wire transfer, online deposit, and email money)

*Note: Wire transfer and other banking fee will be charged extra

* Please add 25$ service charge for each transaction
